Our Purpose

Application for license Network Facilities Provider (NFP), Network Services Provider (NSP) and Application Service Provider (ASP) including mandate from Minister’s Office (MCMC) to cooperate with all government and private agencies that involved in executing ‘Malaysia Family Digital Wellbeing Program’ by providing digital & communication integrated services (Internet / leased line / cellular / subsea cable / satellite) by adapting the latest technology for the well-being of the people and country including the regional security.

3 main purposes for these plans are:

  • To provide communication and affordable Internet services by using the integrated satellite technology to schools, rural clinics and remote areas including to fishermen and farmers in Malaysia.
  • These services will benefit everyone, especially B40 category who are directly and indirectly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic as we live in the new norm.
  • According to the Prime Minister, 580,000 M40 households have slipped into the B40 category due to the economic crises caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Since the pandemic began, the absolute poverty figure in Malaysia rose to 8.4% in 2020. This is a big increase from 5.6% in 2019.
  • People in rural areas will also have access to affordable Internet services. This is in line with the country’s national recovery plan and shift the rural economy to global digital market.

  • To provide services to Malaysian government to control the borders of the country at each land, air and sea route by using the private network based on the integrated satellite technology which is effective and suits the time, place and the people that have been identified.
  • Together with Minister’s Office, to act as an aggregator and controller of Wisma Putra connectivity and will work closely with Malaysian National Security Council.
  • These services will tighten the Malaysia’s borders control including regional security.

  • To act as an aggregator on behalf of MCMC for all services provided.
